Unfortunately, we cannot install existing lights from another installer because we cannot validate the quality of the lights, nor can we warranty their installation.
We start every project with new, commercial-grade LED lighting that has been custom designed and fit to your home or property. Additionally, we will provide maintenance and storage of your installation, year after year!
We always include all the essential extension cords, digital timers, and any clips, stakes, or ties to properly install your display.
Yes! If you have specific insurance requirements, please let us know and we are happy to provide a copy of our policy upon request.
Our install team will make sure that your display is fully functional upon completion of your installation.
If you notice any defects in your display, contact us and your service call will be addressed within 48 hours of your call.
No one is required to be present at the time of installation, as long as our installers are able to access the required locations for your lighting. A team member will contact you prior to installation to set up a preferred time and date, as well as location specifics.
Every project includes storage in our climate controlled environment, so your display is ready for next season!
